It’s been a while since The Rolo’s last posted anything on this website, but we’re back! In this video, Annemijn Rol (15) and Floris Rol (12) are practising with their dad for the next edition of The Rolo’s Car Sessions. They’re singing the saxophone special from The Groove Merchant, composed by Thad Jones. The kids often start by learning these kinds of specials or solos by singing along to other musicians, before transferring them to their own instruments. So next time, you’ll hear them play The Groove Merchant on their instruments! We’ve got a different car now, and we still need to find a suitable camera tripod, but that’s just a minor detail! 🙂 Have fun!
